All our items coming from second hand stores but all of them are in EXCELENT CONDITION, ALL are individually picked, some may be new with original boxes or tags but most of our items are used (especially clothing).
We guarantee that all our items offered on our website for sale are in EXCELENT CONDITION and TOP A1+ quality, we are checking every item hundreds of times before buying and putting them for re-sells.
IMPORTANT first thing to do after receiving your order, especially with clothing inside.
First thing you need to do is to clean/wash all received clothing accordingly!
We do not WASH or DRY-CLEAN any of our products (Women's Fashion, clothing, jeans, tops, jackets etc.); we are shipping everything to you in exact condition as bought in Second Hand Stores which is always clean and EXCELLENT CONDITION!
But please Remember, clean it before the first use, in exactly the same way as washing other clothing bought in your local Brick-And-Mortar Second Hand Store.
BOOKS CONDITION:

Fine (or mint): In “As New” condition, barely or never opened, often still in plastic shrinkwrap.

NF: Only different from Fine in that it has probably been opened, but the dj has no stains, chips or wrinkles and the book itself is pristine.

VG+: Some light wear, usually around edges, or what is called "shelfwear" with minor imperfections in the edges. Panels are free of stains or stains are minor, spine may be slightly faded.

VG: Has some or all of the following: chips, abrasions, especially corners and spine ends, some staining, spine may be seriously faded, but no major flaws. Minor water marking or dampstaining, minor chips or tears in dj

Good: Has some or all of the following: heavily water stained or dampstained, faded spine, abraded corners and unusual wear to the book. Joints and hinges may be shaky as well. At least one serious chip or missing part. Wrinkled closed tears, chipping at the corners of a more than minor nature, long closed tears across either panel, water stains or dampstaining. (We are not selling Books in this condition)

Fair: Boards detached but present, reading copy only. Major portions of dj are missing but the dj is still intact and all parts are present and hanging together. (We are not selling Books in this condition)

Poor: Book and dj, if present, are severely compromised. Textblock may have parts missing and pages underlined or annotated. (We are not selling Books in this condition

We ship all small items by standard Canada/USA Letter-Post without tracking number and without delivery confirmation.
For Valuable Parcels shipping is via Canada Post/USPS using Expedited Parcel with tracking number and delivery confirmation, USA 5 Business days.
We ship all items within 24 hours on business days or sooner.
RETURN
Because we sell used items we do not offer return so please think twice before buying our products.
In some cases return may be possible and we may accept returns to our discretion (overlooked item damage, special circumstances, major discrepancy in item description) in that case please contact us first for return pre-authorization.
